I know….by now, you will be sick of me saying that I love my army girls! LOL. But yes, Jessi herself was another army girl and yes, she rocked!

I love that she was referred to me by an old military comrade and then…as luck would have it, she just so happened to be seated next to my sister in one of her classes and here we are:) Jessi and Scott were super awesome to work with. It was quite a warm June day, but hey…she got some good stuff and with a bit of dress fluffing that also doubled as fanning, I think they rocked out pretty awesome!

I totally geeked out when I saw her dress…I loved the bottom of it and it flowed so beautifully on Jessi! She had a “something old” and it was incorporated into her bouquet…hard to see, but her handle of the bouquet was an old bible wrapped in the lace and it was beautiful! I love seeing the items all come together.

…..and I didn’t think Scott would be nervous at all….or Jessi…and boy was I wrong. I think Jessi nearly double timed up to meet Scott for the first time in her Wedding Dress:) She walked so fast I thought she was running for a bit there. I think that’s the beauty of seeing each other before the ceremony and doing a “first look”. Being super excited to spend the rest of your life together with the one person you love more than anything…of course you want nothing for than to run up and hug and kiss and squeeze your love! And this first look really captured that.

Shout out to Tamara – The Cake Guru in Oshkosh. Holy cats! I’ve never seen a line of people waiting to get a hold of these cupcakes. Ummm…yes…it is true, they are absolutely delicious and my favorite treat for myself when I’m just feeling a little something sweet and special. I literally had to surround the cupcakes so that I could snap an image of them once they were set up before everyone dived in. For the 30 seconds I needed to get these images of the cupcakes display, I could feel the stare of eyes on the back of my neck…I knew, I needed to be quick! LOL. It was wonderful and I was happy that I didn’t get mauled over.
