The other evening I went to visit one of my favorite venues in the area, The Fox Cities Stadium!! I love the coordinator there, Kim….super sweetheart and always so willing to help and be of service to all her couples. This space is one of my favorites because it is just a nice clean and simple yet beautiful space. You can keep it simple and it’s still beautiful, or you can really jazz it up and make it super amazing. Either way, it’s not your average banquet hall and I think that’s what really has drawn a lot of couples to it. Not to mention the option to add a fireworks display at your wedding!! I mean….how many people can pull that off at their weddings? haha. I got a chance to sample some of their newest menu items and they were so delicious I could have stayed there all night and ate!! So here is the wrap up.

Favorite Appetizer Dish: Stuffed Mushrooms and Gourmet Cheese Platter (yum)

Favorite Startch: Garlic Dill Red Potatoes (take these over mashed any day!!!)

Favorite Protien: Pork Tendorloin by far followed by the Cajun Salmon

Overall, such amazing food and company. I even crashed a random table and got to know a couple and their parents. I heard all about their June wedding and could not be more excited for them and their families to enjoy the day in celebration with them as they are tended to by the wonderful staff. Not only did I friend some wonderful folks, I even ran into my couple!!! Elisabeth and Joe were there as well with her dad and we got a moment to sit and chit chat. I had just delivered her engagement photos the prior week so I was so excited to see them in person again. And, Joe even admitted that he had a good time during he session, so I call that a win in my books!!
