Yesterday I got to deliver Lisa and Tyler’s wedding album! This album was SO beautiful, I didn’t want to deliver it. Hmm….maybe that’s why I held onto it for a few days before delivery?? haha, kidding!

They also received a set of parents albums along with a canvas gallery wrap of their favorite image that they now get to hang in their new house when they move in later this fall!! Yay!! I cannot stress enough the importance of having physical items to display in your home. Whether it be prints, gallery wraps that you can hang on your walls, or legacy wedding albums that is your first family heirloom! Either way, these items are what your kids and their kids are going to be looking at…touching…feeling the pages of your album years and year later and for many more generations. These items truly mean something to me, having so little growing up and having no photos to document my family and life. I cherish the few photos that we do have, so I mean it when I say that these things are truly important. Because in the deepest corners of my soul, I truly cherish these physical items. (which is probably why you’ll find dozens of albums in my home and lots and lots of canvas wall hangings, lol).

So, I leave you with this today. Whether you choose to purchase a product from your photographer (I mean…I can’t be everyone’s photographer now 😉 or from whatever local shop you choose, the point is….you need to do it. Because your lineage will thank you for it later!
