I am such a little GIRL when it comes to wedding dresses. I literally get all happy and geek out when I see a wedding dress. Today I really wanted to share with you some of my favorite designers and some rock awesome wedding gowns that they have. Oh my gosh are they seriously to die for!!!

Sometimes, I am so tempted to just say that I am getting married, just so I can make appointments to try on some of these gorgeous gowns. And I know I’m not the only one that’s had those thoughts!

Christos

In no particular order, first up is Christos. (insert me fainting…like the pretty fainting, not the passing out kind, lol)

First…let me just say, Christos is a Cyprus-born designer. Yup…Cryprus…don’t know where that is…well, guess what. In middle school, I totally did a report on the country of Cyprus, an island located in the Mediterranean. Coincidence??? That I fall in love with this Cyprus-born designer…I think not!

Her modern couture style is what truly draws me into her work. I always have my favorites, and this year…it’s hands down, the Heidi dress!! Drool!! This dress is stunning and so beautiful. I love love love that it is blush in color too! What a soft and romantic color for a dress. 

So, where oh where can you find her work? She is available at Zita’s Bridal Salon in Milwaukee. 

Blue by Enzoani

Next up, Blue by Enzoani!! Well…anything Enzoani…they have Enzoani and Beautiful and Blue lines! 

Ahh…I can crush on all these beautiful creations at all hours of the day! The best part about this designer…is that you can find Enzoani right in my neighborhood!! Erika’s Bridal Couture in Neenah, WI carries this young, and cutting edge designer!! Only starting in 2006, Enzoani grew to such heights as other big name designers and is such a vibrant company that brides everywhere lust after! Ivan…..you have me. How can something simple be this beautiful. I love all the textures that are created with the way this dress is laid out. I think this is one that would look fabulous on anyone!

Now…you think I’m done, but I’m not!

Wtoo – Watters

Wtoo. OMG I love SO many of their dresses that it was so hard picking out just one of my favorites this year, so I picked two!!! Again, this designer is another one that you’ll find right at Erika’s Bridal Couture as well as Bliss Bridal in Brookfield and Eva’s Bridal Center in Oak Creek.

The Kennedy Gown is a stop you in your tracks kind of gown. How can you not fall in love with this dress?? Is it not SO beautiful!?!? The detail in the bodice is SO beautiful! And that skirt?! I am a sucker for a dress that not only look gorgeous from the front, but also a beautiful piece of work when looking at the backside too. And this dress has it all! For the bride that purchases this dress…let’s be friends:) And I would totally knock off $500 on your wedding collection if you hire me as your photographer because I just love this dress that much! LOL. 

The second Wtoo dress I picked is also a stunner. (surprise, surprise, haha) The Marnie Gown is one that might not be right for every girl, but for the bride that wants that dreamy soft feel with an edge of sexy..this is the one. The lace, illusion tulle, the pearl buttons on the back!!!! Ahh…I could go on! I love love love the buttons on this one. And I know I’m very bias…since pearl is my birthstone:) But, so beautiful.

Maggie Sottero and Sottero and Midgley

Lastly, another favorite designer is Maggie Sottero and Sottero and Midgley. They seriously have the largest collection in my opinion of beautiful gowns to choose from. You can find them at Elaine’s Wedding and Event Center in Green Bay and Amelishan Bridal in Hubertus (just north of Menominee Falls and south of Richfield). 

The Shelby is just wow. I can look at this dress all day!! It is such a perfect A-line dress and the details on the waist and shoulders is just magical. This is a dress that you could totally plan an entire wedding around. Just look at it’s beauty! You can theme your wedding to fit the romantic and softness of this dress and you wouldn’t go wrong. I can already see it now…lined next to some beautiful gold or blush bridesmaid dresses!! Stunning!!

There are SO many designers that make amazing dresses. But to keep this blog post to a tolerable length. (I fear I’ve even gone too far already). I think I’ll stop for now. But I know there are so many, so I will likely be posting again in the future with more designers that I love and some of my top dresses from them as well. 

So if your Favorite Designer didn’t make the cut this time, it’s totally okay!! There are so many amazing ones out there I can’t  feature them all.
