Madison Wedding Photographer | Kelsey and Alex

Big smiles on my face for these two:) I loved how organized Kelsey was and how attentive she was towards everything. She was so sweet, she put together an email that went out to myself and all the other vendors with her timeline and details so that we all were on the same page and could communicate with each other if need be. How awesome is that?

Every single person was super helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Outside of a bit of wind, it was such a beautiful day. For August, we weren’t roasting! That’s a positive:)

We got to the church and I fell in love with their wide open windows by the fireplace room and just had to take advantage of that. So, we opted to do Kelsey and Alex’s first look here, and boy was it a perfect location!!

I’m always a sucker for beautiful wedding dresses and Kelsey’s was a beauty. I never did get a chance to have a wedding gown of my worn, but I imagined that if I did, I would totally want something with these tiny straps too. They don’t always work on dresses, but they totally rocked on this one, and it made me love it even more!

Kelsey and her girls we great to work with. And she got them all these super cute matching robes too. And wow…when she put on that dress! She looked so amazing…I mean seriously? Look at her?! And wow does she have a beautiful back…I say that in a non creepy way ok? But really, she was so toned and I think if her dress could talk, it’s be saying…thanks for making me look good!

Alex and Kelsey met through a mutual friend through his youth ministry. And it was so touching that both of them and their attendants joined them in prayer before they had their first look. SO Sweet!!

Right after the first look, they were so sweet together. It was so easy to capture these images. And this gem of a room filled with floor to ceiling windows made it absolutely beautiful to take photos. I could have stayed in there the entire time and just snapped away!

Kelsey and all her girls are just stunning! And she really did a great job with the floral choice. The flowers all looked so perfect against the deep blue dresses. 

And of course…we can’t forget about the guys! Totally showing off the socks and then having a little fun while we were at it!

Our little helper!! She rocked. If she could join me at all my weddings, I’ve have one incredibly smooth day all day! And then there was our video guy!! Tyler with Tyler and Bailey Films. They were such a relaxed and chilled duo. Check out their wedding film HERE.
