Kreativ: the Scandinavian word meaning “Creative”. The Scandinavian countries are among my favorites I’ve ever traveled to. And luckily for me, I have two amazing friends that share my love for these countries and the culture that thrives there and invites creativity and openness.

What is Kreativ?? Simple: it’s a workshop for the creative entrepreneur

It started as a lunch meeting every Monday to talk and just be around other creatives with the same like interests in work and life! Owning your own business can be a lonely road and we wanted to share the road together. It’s said, “if you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together”. In our many Monday lunches, which quickly turned from an hour to two…..to 6 hour lunches…we managed to dream up this workshop. My lovely pals…Shaunae and Alyssa are my partners in creative crime I’d say. And without them, I don’t think I would have ever had the courage to take on this endeavor by myself.

We wanted to create a workshop that spanned a full day. Full of learning and activities. Our goals was to help every creative entrepreneur….from the backend of running a business to branding and self-care. Being a watercolor artist, Alyssa is going to be teaching a mini watercolor course and I for one…can not wait! We honestly spend our Mondays brainstorming and coming up with the idea and in a matter of a couple Monday’s we’d come up with our workshop and then launched it that very month afterward.

So, I am more than excited to share this full one day workshop with the world. And hoping to be doing many more of these in the future.
