October is SO filled with lots and lots of fun! This weekend wrap up started with an engagement session with Elisabeth and Joe. She is the cutest!!! I loved both the outfits she picked out and especially love that she is also a huge Harry Potter fan!! Yessssh!!! I’m excited to share a sneak peek later this week, so stay tuned for more fun with their session.

On Saturday, I headed down and over to Port Washington and spend the day with Gwendolin Jhai Photography. I had so much fun second shooting with Gwen and getting to know her. I love working with other photography Mom’s….makes me feel a little more “normal” that they too…go crazy at times trying to piece everything together while running a business. I love that I am not alone and we had SO much to talk about. I’m so happy to have Gwen as a friend and to have been able to meet and work with her. After a long drive back home, I snuck in to give my baby boy some sweet goodnight kisses and on to Sunday!

I’ve known Devon and Anthony since high school. Yup…long time. And nearly 5 years ago, they had a tropical wedding followed by a wintery reception in Oshkosh. When they had their son a couple years ago…I thought, OMG…he is SO SO So so cute!!! And that made me even more excited when I found out I too was having a boy last year. Devon reached out for a mini fall session and luckily…I still had availability! Yay. So, on Sunday morning, we headed out to high cliff and had a fun filled session chasing her little boy. More sneak peeks to come this week.

That wasn’t all the fun for the weekend…nope….it was also my baby sister’s birthday. Yes…BABY sister. The youngest of the 9 of us and she turned 24! My sister Mina picked her up with her two girls and grabbed some food and we just spend a couple hours chillin’ at my place eating dinner and having some good sister talks. (mostly making fun of each other followed by telling each other how awesome we are, lol…we are dorks!)

SO much stuff going on this week as well, so let’s get ready for a fun filled week…..wonderful Halloween, and the end to October.
