Green Bay Wedding Photographer | Amanda and Adam

June 29, 2016

Okay, so I will admit that I get emotional at weddings, but with Amanda and Adam…I think I just could not hold it together no matter how hard I tired. When you meet Amanda and Adam, you can see their sweetness and their kindness to their friends and family. Amanda is someone that truly cherishes family above all and you can see it in her personality, smile, and overall being. Her mother had unexpectedly passed not long ago. So many small things happened throughout the day…between the loving family, supportive brother, re-playing of her mother’s words…it went on and on and all the unconditional love and heartfelt emotions just got the best of me. I simply could not pull it together. These families are ones that you just go to bat for. This is a couple you simply remember, because it was so touching and awesome! And I want nothing but endless love and happiness for Amanda and Adam as they journey through life together. These two are adventurers and love exploring life. I know that they are going to do some pretty awesome things together and live life to it’s very fullest. That’s why I am so thrilled to share such a giant post today, filled with lots and lots of photos from their wedding in green bay. And how awesome that we had such a large amount of time to take photos at the beautiful Green Bay Botanical Gardens.
I know that Amanda is a big fan of black and white images so I made sure to provide more than my usual amount of black and white images for her. The preparations was perfect for these as it captured some great emotions from all the ladies.

I loved that she had a simple bouquet. You know, Amanda is an interior designer, so it was no wonder she picked out such classic styles and colors and decor for the entire wedding. I mean seriously…her dress!!?!? Just ahhhmazing. It’s a beautiful Jasmine Couture Gown in a frosty finish and just stunning. I’m a little bias when it comes to my photos, but in this case…my photos still do not do this dress justice. It is one of those that you just have to see in person.

The ceremony was wonderful. Father Jim always does a wonderful job. It was such a nice surprise to see him. The last time I saw him was at my friend, Katie’s wedding. Some time ago, Katie was Father Jim’s assistant at St. Norbert’s University. He always sends just the right message and is the most open and caring when he delivers his message. I was happy to see him again and I know that Amanda and Adam got the best.

And then guess what…we still had more time for some photos and I loved it!! I can be so selfish sometimes because I am in love with wonderful photos and always cherish any minute I get with our lovely couple to make it happen. And they were perfect.

Again, Amanda picked out everything and it was so lovely. These are such classic and timeless colors that it just fit her personality. I am not usually a food photographer, but The Runaway Spoon did such a great job all together, along with presentation that I just couldn’t help but photograph it.
