Being inspired by all the creative people around us, the founders of The Rising Tide Society decided to put up a challenge to all the Tuesday’s Together groups across the world, for each group to put on a styled shoot. This would help foster a sense of community over competition and collaboration with lots and lots of other creatives and small business owners that are right in our own backyard. Our leader for the Appleton area is Emily Polzin of Emily Megan Photography.

We are so thankful for Homestead Meadows for opening up their beautiful property and wedding venue for our group. We have vendors that are truly remarkable. It’s amazing that our tiny little town in Wisconsin could have so many people with so many cool talents. We also had some very willing and super awesome models. They all were wonderful and easy to work with…even when we would ask them to do something weird, like crouch in the bushes and look off into the distance? LOL. It was great though and everything turned out even better than I imagined. Once of my favorites was getting to eat!! Haha, yup… my tummy rules my world. And when it was time for me to feed myself, I was so thrilled that we had an amazing food cart available there for us.

I can’t say enough how thankful I am that The Rising Tide Society came into my life. At the GBTuesday’s styled shoot…I did a short interview about how they’ve really helped my business, perspective on life, and overall quality of the professional and personal relationships that have fostered.
