It’s always a good day, when you are climbing into an attic of a very old building…removing cobwebs and watching out for spiders. LOL. Yesterday I had a great time at Turner Hall with Santiago Murillo. Santiago is a fellow wedding photographer and he does creative portraiture as a way to really let go of his creative side. He also shoots on film between two amazing film cameras and he showed me a thing or two about it too! Totally different in a way yet very similar to my old days of film too! It was so fun to hold these cameras…I should have brought a roll or two with me and shot some too:) Maybe next time…if Santiago is willing 😉
Santiago booked some time at Turner Hall in Milwaukee and not only is it a beautiful wedding venue, but their attic…makes for one stellar photo area! We tried some fun things…new things and played a little with light. It was a fun time and I always enjoy getting an opportunity to get with other photographers. I am a huge fan of Community Over Competition as part of The Rising Tide Society, so this is totally up my alley. I can’t wait to continue working with other photographers and collaborating on more fun stuff in the future.
LOL…I probably like this image the absolute best. Santiago was showing Kelsey how he wanted her to pose and it was the best thing!!! I loved it. Who did it best??
